The ECN today, 12th August 2021 held a Political Party Liaison Committee (PLC) meeting with representatives of political parties and Independent candidates that will be contesting in the Katima Mulilo Constituency by-election scheduled to take place on 25th August 2021. The purpose of the meeting was to update PLC members on the Katima Mulilo Constituency by-election preparations as well as the verifying and signing off of the final ballot paper for the election.
